Our Home Care Service offers home and community services to the Chinese, Vietnamese and South East Asian elderly community. Our aim is to promote wellness and reablement; helping elders to maintain their independence and living in their own homes.

Day to day living activities can become difficult to manage for most people as they grow older. We provide tailored person centred services to enable you to continue living in your own home. Our services are not limited to cleaning, meals, domestic assistance, personal care, home maintenance, transport, social support, shopping, access to allied health services, access to home modifications and maintenance service, but we engage in quality interpersonal and social interaction in a friendly manner.

Our Home Care package service comes in four levels from basic (Level 1) to high (Level 4). Delivered as ‘Consumer Directed Care’, we work with you to create the best package to help meet your needs and achieve your goals. This gives you more increased client choices and flexibility.
