AQ also provides wellness and reablement programs along with our allied health services. Our one-on-one and group services are tailored to meet your individual needs and provide practical knowledge, skills, treatment, and programs such as:
- Music therapy – supporting older people to improve cognitive function and wellbeing
- Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) – supporting cognition and quality of life for people with mild to moderate dementia
- Get Up & Stay Up – assisting mobility and balance to promote a healthy activity and lifestyle
- Small Group Exercise Classes – improving strength, function, and mobility
- Parkinson’s Warrior – driving neuroplastic change in people with Parkinson’s
- Tai-Chi – reducing stress levels and improving balance using breathing techniques.
Services can be accessed under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Packages (HCP), or you can pay for AQ services privately.
AQ recognises the significance of ageing well and that you or your loved one’s needs may change over time.
