Delight in the scents of our beautiful sensory garden, complete with a cooling fountain, at the heart of Blue Care Kingaroy Canowindra Aged Care Facility, which sits on a four-hectare site overlooking a valley.
Blue Care Canowindra is a caring, relaxing place, and our people are keen to help you keep happy and active. Regular visits from physiotherapists and occupational therapists will help tend to your physical needs, and you can stretch your creative side in one of our art classes. Each of our two residential wings has its own kitchen and the dining room opens up to the beautiful gardens. You will enjoy a large room with space for your favourite belongings and the convenience of your own ensuite.
Our staff, who have dementia training, are skilled at one-on-one activities, and we have a Montessori program in place for people living with dementia. Palliative care at Blue Care Canowindra follows the family nursing model, with support from a psychologist and social worker when needed. We’re a friendly and supportive community that helps you continue doing the things you love most while staying in the comfort of a high-quality residence.
