Our Capricorn Retirement Community is set in a tranquil park-like setting overlooking beautiful Keppel Bay and close to the local Yeppoon business and shopping precinct, and the picturesque beaches of the Capricorn Coast. Currently, this community holds 192 independent living units arrayed in one, two and three bedroom layouts designed with the tropical climate in mind. We have started construction of a new three-stage development which will take the number of homes in this community to 213 by April 2017, and then 250 units when stage three is completed.
