Our alfresco areas with undercover seating are a popular choice for spending quality time with family and friends while enjoying the breathtaking vistas. We also offer a secured dementia area for high care at-risk residents. This area opens to a beautiful courtyard, where residents can freely and safely visit at any time.
Outdoor access to shady courtyards, BBQ facilities, and beautifully manicured lawns create a wonderful environment for special family events and social gatherings. The sun-filled dining room and lounge provide a relaxing space to spend the afternoon.
The Harbour Town Shopping Centre and Gold Coast Hospital are only a short drive away. Ample off-street parking is available while public transport is nearby, offering residents the opportunity to get out and about in this scenic location.

Our well-appointed accommodations at TriCare Labrador were designed for you to feel at home.
You are welcome to bring personal items to make your new home more comfortable and familiar, such as family photos, your favourite books, a few quilts and other sentimental belongings.
All rooms are fitted with an emergency call bell for your safety and convenience.
Classic
Our classic single or companion accommodations are traditional in style and décor.
These comfortable rooms come with large windows, individually controlled heating and cooling, comfortable lounge chairs and a smart TV. Enjoy space for a comfortable sitting area, mobility devices and storage.
Superior
Our single superior suites are often more spacious and comfortable.
They include private ensuites, automated beds, individually controlled heating and cooling systems, smart TV, storage for personal belongings, and windows to allow for fresh air and plenty of natural light.
With a total of 70 beds (including 13 Dementia beds), the room types include:

No program or cultural dinners – Most residents are Europeans – Greek, Croatians, Spanish, Scottish
As part of our extra services, we offer a choice between two main meal options, a glass of wine and a newspaper copy.
- Breakfast: Choice of continental or hot breakfast three days a week, choice of hot and cold cereals and beverages
- Morning tea: Variety of cakes, slices, and pastries as well as a beverage selection
- Lunch: Variety of soups, choice of 2 hot meals, salad and cold meat platters, variety of hot and cold desserts. Selection of hot and cold beverages and selection of red or white wine and beer
- Afternoon tea: Variety of sweet and dry biscuits and choice of hot or cold beverages
- Dinner may include various soups, hot baked items, salad plates, side salads, and freshly made sandwiches. Selection of hot or cold beverages
- Supper: Selection of hot or cold beverages, variety of sweet or dry biscuits
- Meals are prepared from fresh quality ingredients – Consultative approach to menus with regular care recipient food committee meetings
- A continuous improvement cycle for care recipient choice and feedback via regular meetings and Quality Assurance Questionnaire program (QAQ) to assist with communicating feedback to Food Services for menu options
- Internal valet laundry service (laundry washed and returned to room)
- Access to Hairdressing Salon – (additional fee for services)
- Frequent and regular outings offered to care recipients – (additional fees may apply) (Labrador has weekly outings without charges)
