The team at Linked to Life understand the power of the sentiment, ‘there’s no place like home’. For 28 years, we have been providing personalised services that enable older people living in the Coffs Harbour Local Government area, to remain independent at home, maintain their quality of life and most importantly remain socially connected.
Becoming older and less independent can be very confronting. Our team can assist you right throughout the ageing journey from registering with My Aged Care, receiving services from early entry care under our Commonwealth Home Support (CHSP) Services, through to care and support under a Home Care Package level 1-4.
We pride ourselves on being local, small, and unique. We listen to you… and that is what sets us apart. Our team will take time to meet with you and those who are important in your life to develop a care plan that is totally focussed on your individual needs and goals. If you want truly personalised and flexible services, look no further than Linked to Life.

The bus will pick you up and drop you off at home, and you can choose to join the group for morning or afternoon tea at the shopping centre.
- Online shopping – you can call our office and one of our team will shop online for you and arrange delivery to your home from Coles or Woolworths.

Home Care Packages – Level 1-4:
Linked to Life is a registered Home Care Package provider for levels 1 to 4. We can manage your package and work with you to develop a package of care and support that is designed to enhance your lifestyle and maintain your independence. You can choose from in-home support services, allied health, home modifications and maintenance services, respite care, nursing services, access to assistive technology and equipment, and much, much more.
Social Outings and Activities:
If you’d like to meet a range of like-minded people, our fortnightly bus outings, and our daily group activities that operate across five days per week may suit your needs. You have access to staff and volunteers who are in attendance to assist you with any special needs, and include fully modified buses which promote ease of access.
Our bus outings include pick-up and drop-off at your door, an opportunity to meet new friends over lunch, and visit places of interest in and around the local community.
If you prefer to socialise with a smaller group of people, Linked to Life organises morning teas and lunches, which may be more suited to your tastes and interests. Our 12- seater mini bus will even provide pick-up and return to your door.
Or perhaps a gentle exercise class is more to your liking? We are currently offering Gentle Exercise Classes twice per week.
Our bi-lingual staff also host regular group activities for older people and carers from the local Punjabi community, with a weekly Men’s group in Woolgoolga.
Housekeeping services:
Our range of quality housekeeping services include regular, short-term, or occasional help with cleaning and online shopping. If you are having difficulty with vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, mopping, laundry tasks and changing bed linen, we can arrange for our professional cleaners to assist you on a regular or short term basis.
This allows you to maintain your standard of living and maximise your independence.
Our professional staff will arrange to meet you in your home to discuss your needs and goals, and develop a service plan to meet your requirements.
Our overall aim is to ensure you receive assistance with the tasks you are no longer able to do, giving you more time to do the tasks you can do.
Home Visits and Companionship
We can arrange for a volunteer to visit you on a regular basis for companionship and a friendly chat.
You may like to use the time with your volunteer to play cards, or other games, discuss mutual topics of interest, or do some craft or hobbies together.
Our in-home services can also include more practical activities such as assisting you to write letters or cards to friends or relatives, help you sort paperwork, reading, or even exploring the internet together.
These services are especially valued by long-distance family members, knowing that someone is looking out for their loved ones on a regular basis.
Or we can even arrange for a volunteer to home visit on a short-term basis, especially during times when primary carers or family members are absent.
