You are welcome to bring personal items to make your new home more comfortable and familiar, such as family photos, your favourite books, a few quilts and other sentimental possessions.
All rooms are fitted with an emergency call bell for peace of mind.
Room sizes are approximately 30m2, including an ensuite and private balcony area.

Our modernised classic single or companion accommodations are tastefully decorated for your comfort.
Each room features plenty of natural light, king single automated beds, electric recliners, smart TV, individually controlled heating and cooling, and storage for personal belongings.
Superior
Our superior accommodations are contemporary in style and décor. The rooms feature individually controlled heating  , mini-fridge, smart TV, quality furnishings, and plenty of room for your own furnishings and mobility devices.
The floor to ceiling sliding doors offers plenty of natural light and views to the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland. Each room also has a well-appointed private ensuite with a walk-in shower.
Our Lifestyle Coordinators work tirelessly to ensure that residents have various activities each month to keep them active and socially engaged. The activities can include:

The Mermaid Beach Aged Care Residence team organise regular activities where residents virtually visit different countries. Residents from the highlighted country discuss their experiences, themed movies or documentaries are shown, and the onsite chefs prepare food from that region.
The residents participate in international days of celebration such as French Bastille Day, Chinese New Year, St Patrick’s Day, October Fest, Australia Day, Melbourne Cup, and many others.
