Once you’ve been approved for a Home Care Package we will:
- Help you set up your home care package

- Match you with qualified and experienced carers in your local area
- Assign you a Case Manager and begin your care program.
We provide self-funded private care while you wait for your package to be assigned or as a top-up above your HCP.
With no lock-in contracts, or hidden fees, we believe you should spend your money on quality care, not fees.

We understand the challenges of having someone new in your home. It can take some getting used to as your loved one comes to terms with the idea of accepting additional support. That’s why we take every possible measure to ensure you or your family member is matched with the right carer or team of carers for you. However, if you are not bonding with a nurse or carer, you may request a change.

Our process
- Initial enquiry & information sharing: We understand your needs and specific requirements and explain the next steps.
- Design tailored care program: We assess your needs and create a tailored care program.
- Build the weekly schedule: A roster over carers is built to match client needs and Client Service Coordinator is assigned to manage all client needs and queries.
- Care commencement: You will gain access to the My Prestige App to view rosters, and our 24/7 emergency after-hours support.
- Ongoing support: A home safety assessment will be completed and your care plan will be regularly reviewed.
