Daily Welfare Calls

Live independently at home safe in the knowledge that our expert team will call you daily to check in on your wellbeing. Should you be unable to answer the call or are in obvious distress we get in touch with family, friends, or emergency services to ensure your safety and well-being

Ideally suited for those living alone or in remote locations; following a period of hospitalisation; or following a fall or medical emergency.

SOS At-Home

SOS At-Home is a small, easy-to-use personal alarm that can be worn as a pendant or wristband

• Provides quick and efficient access to emergency services.
• Allows individuals to continue living independently in their own home.
• Offers a sense of security and allows for greater freedom and independence.

 

How It Works

1. A press of the button on your pendant activates the alarm base unit to rapidly connect with our 24hr, 7-day monitoring centre.
2. Voice messages on the base unit will play to let you know the status of your request for help as it progresses.
3. Your call will always be answered by a highly trained operator, who will access your details and speak to you directly. If you do not respond the operator will call one of your designated contacts, or emergency services such as an ambulance.

COMFORTABLE, DISCREET AND WATERPROOF

Advanced technology has been wrapped in a small discreet casing that is hot waterproof, and can be worn in the bath or shower.

Easy to Use

The large 15mm surface area of the button makes it easy to press, and the recess reduces false activations.

RANGE FROM BASE UNIT

The pendant can communicate with the base unit up to 300m, so even if you are outside of the house at the end of your garden, you can still request help.

OPTIONAL FALLS DETECTION

You can choose a pendant that has sophisticated fall detection technology to detect a significant fall, subsequent impact, and a period of no movement.

24/7 MONITORING

We know how important it is to speak to someone who is understanding, and highly trained.

Our operators are available to assist you 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Need help on Christmas Day and we are there. Need help at 3am and we are there. Need help on the hottest day of the year or coldest night and we are there.

BATTERY LIFE + SAFETY CHECKS

The SOS 4G Transceiver has 5-year battery life with typical use. Automatic safety checks with the base unit to ensure correct functioning and low battery reporting. When the battery reaches 20% of its capacity a low battery report is generated and we contact you to arrange a replacement.

 

SOS GO

SOS GO has been designed for those who want to maintain their independence and participate in activities outside of the home knowing their safety is covered anywhere there is 4G coverage.

A wearable device with 4G cellular and GPS locating technology, to summon help beyond the boundaries of the home.

How It Works

Help 24/7, at the press of a button.

1. To request help at any time of the day or night, press and hold both buttons to start the alarm sequence.
2. The light-ring will pulse red to let you know an alert is being sent. A voice message will play, ‘Help alert in progress,’ ‘The alert has been received, you will be contacted soon.’
3. Your call will always be answered by a highly trained operator, who will access your details and speak to you through your wearable pendant. GO will work in the background to obtain and send your location.

UNIQUE SYSTEM CHECK

SOS GO features a unique system check where you can press a single button to hear the battery level, cellular signal strength, and ‘check-in’ your current location; traffic light colours (green, orange, red) indicate the status of each parameter.

COMFORTABLE, DISCREET AND WATERPROOF

Designed to be taken anywhere, perfect as a wearable or attached to your keys. The GO is IP67 hot water resistant up to 60 degrees.

OPTIONAL FALL DETECTION

The SOS GO alarm can be used with fall detection enabled or disabled. When enabled, the GO must be worn as a pendant around the neck for the fall detection algorithm to work as intended.
