This handy Aktiv reacher with a hook is the perfect aid for dressing and undressing due to its ability to pull and push. It has the same lightweight and brilliant functionality as the other Aktiv reachers for assisting in reaching or retrieving a variety of items up to 2kg in weight. The magnet in the handle assists with picking up small metallic objects.

The angled handle and index finger support create a power grip position to provide improved functionality and precision to grab small items for those with a weak grip.

The pivoting head allows the hardwearing rubber-coated jaws to be adjusted horizontally or vertically without having to turn the arm.

Designed to make reaching and gripping easier, all products in the Etac Aktiv Reacher range are lightweight, with ergonomically designed handles and wide opening jaws.

Aged Care Made Easy will close on NSW Public Holidays as will some of our courier services. This may cause a delay on deliveries sent around these times. ACME operates on reduced staff during the Christmas period. This means we will not be available to process your order as quickly as usual.

Aged Care Made Easy will always endeavour to provide you with the quickest and best delivery service. If the product you have purchased is placed on backorder you will be notified within 24 working hours of an ETA by email.

As courier services vary slightly we have estimated the delivery times once your product has been dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW.

Product Returns

Should you wish to return a product please complete the request to return form below within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.

In accordance with the Department of Fair Trading we are not required to accept return of an item due to change of mind or incorrect choice however we assess each request on a case by case scenario.

If we choose to accept return of the item a restocking fee of 20% of the item price may be applied. The goods must be unused, undamaged and in perfect condition. The original postage price will not be refunded.

If the product comes in a specific box, we request that you do not affix any labels or tape to the box and that you wrap the box before sending it back to us. Note however, you are not required by law to return the goods in original packaging.

You are required to source your own delivery of the product back to us. We recommend you use a service which provides you with proof of delivery. Once the item is returned you will be refunded within 7 working days less the original freight cost and any restocking fees.

If you are requesting an exchange of a product you will be required to pay the freight cost of shipping this product to you.
