Customised Care Services
We provide a range of individualised home care support services, to support older people over the age of 65 to live independently in their own homes. We also provide services to people with disabilities, who are under the age of 65. Our Home Care Services include:
– Group based activities and outings
– Individual Social support (help with shopping etc)
– Minor home maintenance (minor maintenance work)
– Home modifications (installation of rails, ramps etc)
– Flexible respite (carer assistance)
– Domestic assistance (help with home cleaning etc)
– Yard maintenance, (mowing & maintaining the yard)
– Meals On Wheels and In-Home Meal Preparation
– Personal Care (personal hygiene & showering help)
