Our latest home provides exceptional care to 144 residents, single rooms with private ensuites, adjoining rooms for couples, walk-in robes and direct access to the gardens. Thirty-six rooms are allocated to a memory support unit providing specialised dementia care. Support is provided through 24/7 nursing and visiting General Practitioners and specialised health professionals.
The staff at Royal Freemasons Moe offer multidisciplinary care services and 24-hour support for individuals. Care is available on a permanent basis or as respite. Royal Freemasons Moe encourages and supports an ageing-in-place model, whereby residents will be supported through their entire later life journey, from low care to diverse high care needs.
