The addition of the $20m Leisure Precinct was driven by the ideas of community, activity, and sustainability to bring the community together with a library, gymnasium, indoor heated pool, fitness centre, wellness room, club rooms, resident lounge, and multi-functional rooms. The Leisure Precinct is further enhanced by a separate community pavilion, function centre, sound and light gardens, and outdoor exercise park. The redeveloped landscaped areas encompass improved pedestrian linkages, drawing activities together, and create connectivity for residents and visitors alike in the heart of Bentley Park.
