Lemongrove Gardens is a residential aged care home located in Penrith, at the door of the magnificent Blue Mountains. It is situated in close proximity to Nepean Hospital, Penrith shopping centre and Penrith and Kingswood railway stations. This home has been designed over two levels with common areas on both floors. It has accommodation for 59 residents, all rooms have a private ensuite and balcony or courtyard access.
Residents have access to a range of recreational, social and health services.
Person-centred care is at the forefront of this home’s design with private ensuite bathrooms and care within dedicated groups. As residents’ needs change, we strive to enable them to ‘age in place’ and receive ongoing care without the need to change rooms.
Lemongrove Gardens has a dedicated lifestyle team to provide regular activities for residents. This team also facilitates our Rhythm of Life® program, giving residents a choice in how they spend their day from meals to activities, outings and more.
