Co-Ordinated Support Services (CSS) provides personalised, flexible supports working on a model of Consumer Directed Care (CDC), providing for more control and choice on the services you receive and how these will look. Care is tailored specifically to your needs and can range from 1 hours to 24 hours as required. Our services are offered 365 days per year.
A Home Care Package provides services that help you remain living in your home for as long as possible. Home Care Packages are tailored to meet a range of care needs and are offered at four levels depending on the amount of support required.
