Home Care Packages provide coordinated aged care services which aim to help you stay in your home. Funding for these packages is heavily subsidised by the Australian Government. To access services as part of a Home Care Package, you first need to call the My Aged Care Contact Centre on 1800 200 422 to determine if you are eligible for this level of support. If you are deemed eligible, My Aged Care will organise for an assessment by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT).
