Cootharinga North Queensland offers Home Care Packages in remote and very remote locations throughout North Queensland. Our Home Care Packages are designed to assist older people and further support their health, well-being and independence at home and in the community.
Our Home Care Packages include:
- Care services
Includes products and services that support your health, wellbeing and independence at home through assistance with a variety of activities of daily living.
- Support services
Our trained and qualified support workers can assist you with activities within your home and also help you get out and about in the community.
- Clinical care services
As part of your Home Care Package, our job is to work with you and other health professionals involved in your care, to help you achieve optimal health so that you can be as independent as possible.
