Support to live at home longer
A Home Care Package is government funding for eligible people who would like some coordinated help to stay living at home for as long as possible.
This funding helps to cover the cost of the services and supports you need and want to live safely in your home and maintain your independence.
Home Care Packages are available at four levels, depending on the level of support and care you need around the home. Regardless of the level of funding you receive, you can choose what services and supports you spend your budget on, based on your individual circumstances.
