Pyramid Residential Care Centre provides quality care and support services, optimizing the care recipients’ physical and medical health outcomes. A team of highly skilled, experienced and compassionate nursing, care and support staff are onsite 24/7.

Set amongst 7 acres of green lawns and landscaped gardens, with a backdrop of the cane fields and iconic Pyramid. Everything here is designed to provide a homelike environment for our residents’ enjoyment. Secure, comfortable and inclusive.

Gordonvale Aged Care Services Pyramid Residential Care Centre

Gordonvale aged care services are provided by the Pyramid Residential Care Centre, which is located on Cairns Road. Our philosophy of holistic care and dedicated team of personnel creates an atmosphere of harmony and mutual respect, between residents, relatives and staff.

We strive to provide a homelike environment for our residents. A place of happy companionship, where residents receive professional Gordonvale aged care services, tailored to suit their specific needs and requirements. We provide residents with a high level of security, while enabling independence and privacy within a community lifestyle.

• Pyramid Residential Care Centre

Our centre has 52 high care needs beds catering to residents with advanced age, health decline and/or terminal illness. We also have a secure dementia wing. Our beds are in private bed sitting rooms, most with their own en suite. A nurse call button is installed in every room, en suite and all communal areas, enabling immediate communication with on-call staff who are available 24/7. The buildings and facilities are designed for wheelchair access.

At Pyramid Residential Care Centre, we aim to provide a lifestyle uninterrupted as much as possible. To help achieve this, we operate a daily schedule of social events and activities which are conducted onsite and with offsite excursions. These are fully inclusive and family members are welcome to attend and participate.

Our team consists of experienced aged care specialists that administer excellent nursing. They are supported by a proficient administration, maintenance, care, domestic service and catering teams, with many years of aged care experience. As well as enthusiastic volunteers and a team of allied health professionals.

Visitors are welcome at any time. Relatives, friends and family members are encouraged to use the community rooms, gazebos and gardens while visiting our residents.
