Discover the close-knit community at Jacobs Court, a welcoming aged care home part of the Sinnamon Village community at Sinnamon Park. You’ll be close to the other four courts (Kentish, Knowles, Reid and Nash) which are all connected with landscaped gardens, flowering trees and shrubs. There is also a courtyard area with a BBQ for your enjoyment and great for entertaining family and friends.
Indoors, you’ll enjoy our homely lounge and dining room. Your private room is comfortable and inviting, complete with an ensuite bathroom. And meals times means the choice and flexibility is yours with our self-serve buffet.
Staying active is important and many residents at Jacobs Court attend our on-site Sinnamon Village Leisure Centre. It’s a chance to meet other residents from other Courts for a friendly game of cards, indoor bowls or watch one of our visiting entertainers. Our club lounge is the go-to venue for all things social including family celebrations, birthday parties or enjoying a glass of wine at the weekly happy hour.
