The City of Stirling, with support from the State and Commonwealth Governments, has been operating Home and Community Care (HACC) services for older people, people with disability and their carers for more than 30 years. We are also an approved provider of Home Care Packages. Our services include home support, transport, home delivered meals, day clubs, social activities and carer respite.
