Dietician approved meals from various cuisines are available with residents looking forward to the wide choice of meals cooked onsite daily.

SwanCare Ningana is a new 124-suite residential aged care centre nestled within Western Australia’s largest retirement and aged care campus, SwanCare Bentley Park.

Located just 15 minutes from the Perth CBD, SwanCare Ningana provides aged care within a welcoming environment, designed to keep people together in the latter part of life.

The design concept imitates the familiar concepts in the outside world, offering a home, street, neighbourhood, and community. Clusters of eight or nine rooms share dining, living, and kitchenette areas, and a protected winter garden allows access to the outdoors.

While SwanCare Ningana is designed for anyone in need of quality residential aged care, it has been thoughtfully designed to take a whole-of-building approach to memory loss.

The circular layout is simple, designed around an active central courtyard with few ‘decision points’.

Reflecting the need identified by SwanCare for some larger rooms, which might be occupied by singles, couples or siblings, the SwanCare Ningana offers choice and flexibility.

Ningana encompasses four levels plus a basement, offering clearly defined shared and private spaces for both staff and residents, and a diverse range of indoor and outdoor amenities.

At SwanCare, our sense of community is important. We offer a range of social engagement activities catering to all levels of ability, with residents and families invited to participate in activity planning. In each centre, there is a library for book lovers and we welcome visiting pets for our animals lovers enjoyment. Church services are run regularly and pastoral care is offered at our residential aged care centres.
