Together We Care Australia uses Government funding (Home Care Packages) to provide a range of aged care services to clients in their own homes. We offer the below services using these packages as well as private fee for service for those without funding.
- Domestic Assistance– we provide in home cleaning services to help you maintain your home to the standard you like.
- Meal Preparation – we provide workers who love to cook so that they can set you up for your week’s meals. They help cook nutritious and delicious meals that you like to eat.
- Garden Maintenance and Modifications– providing a helping hand around the garden for tasks big and small
- Home Modifications, Maintenance and Handyman – improving accessibility around your home for your safety and independence
- Private Vehicle Transport– we provide you with your very own support worker in private vehicle to get you to and from your appointments or even just to get out of the house.
- Social Support –we can provide social support visits to ensure our clients never feel isolated. We like to provide support staff that you get to know, like and trust. It’s important to feel safe with your support team.
- Personal Care – we provide full personal care services which includes showering, dressing, oral hygiene, continence aides by professional and friendly support workers who are dedicated to you and your needs.
- Nursing– we have a full range of nursing services available to meet your clinical needs from assessments, wound carer, ordering supplies and so much more.
- Allied Health – we partner with the best allied health teams and can direct you to access both services in home and at a clinic. Chiropractic, Podiatry, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapist.
- Carer Respite– we provide in home respite services to relieve family of their caring duties. It is important to care for the carers as much as the client.
