AQ offers compassionate assistance, support, and specialised care through a range of 24/7 services to keep you and your loved one actively engaged within your local community.
Our services encompass centre-based activities, social outings, trips away, 24/7 respite, and more. Our staff support participation in meaningful lifestyle pursuits tailored to meet your individual interests. Examples of social outings include morning tea and/or lunch by the water, mountain drives, Botanical Garden or garden centre visits, local market visits, movies or Putt Putt, and exhibitions or show visits.
AQ Toowoomba Multi Service Centre operates out of a beautiful residence offering a safe, secure, and homely environment where you or your loved one can stay short term in comfort and dignity. Day, overnight, and emergency respite stays are available. Our respite services allow carers time to recharge whilst knowing their loved one is in capable and understanding care. We also provide information, a dementia friendly environment, carer support groups, and an advice line.

Our community support services can be accessed under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), or you can pay for AQ services privately. Alzheimer’s Queensland (AQ) recognises the significance of ageing well and that you or your loved one’s needs may change over time.
