Village Baxter is a Not-For-Profit Organisation that has been providing Home and Community Care Services in the Mornington Peninsula area for over 20 years.
We are proud to be members of Network groups on the Peninsula and support local Villages and Agencies, working together to provide care and wellbeing to our residents and the wider community.
Village Baxter provides services on behalf of Veterans Home Care, Peninsula Health, TAC, Work cover and we support the local network of Aged Care Providers with our brokered services.
We have been an Approved Provider of Homecare Packages for over 10 years. We take the time to understand your requirements and find the right carer for you.
Homecare Packages are a Commonwealth funded Aged Care at home program. You can access this program by contacting My Aged Care and having an Aged Care Assessment.
