Violet Town Bush Community Service provides Level 1-4 Home Care Packages. The Program aims to support frail older people to stay in their own homes as along as possible maintaining their safety and independence, based upon the principles of Consumer Directed Care.
The objectives of the Program are:
to assist people to remain living at home; and
to enable consumers to have choice and flexibility in the way that the consumers’ aged care and support is provided at home.
