Wharparilla Home Care
In response to government policy geared toward providing assistance to people to remain living in their own homes as long as possible, Echuca Community for the Aged has recently established Wharparilla Home Care to deliver services to people in their own homes.
In the short-term this service will target residents of our independent living units but may later be extended to the broader Echuca Moama community.
Services available include personal care services, domestic assistance, social support/community access, assistance with shopping, transport to urgent medical appointments, laundry services, meals (either assistance in preparing meals or delivery of pre-cooked meals), assistance with medication, bed time assistance and assistance in making referrals to other support services.
