Services we offer
At your initial meeting with us, YNA staff discuss the types of services and products you would like your home care package to deliver. From this, YNA prepare a care plan and an individualised budget for you along with a consumer home care agreement.
We will work in partnership with you to regularly review and to ensure your current plan of services and supports meets your needs and enables you to maintain your independence.

Our Team
Led by Clinical Nurses with considerable experience in the aged care sector, our team is qualified and experienced. Our Personal Care Workers all have a relevant Certificate III and demonstrated experience working in the sector. All staff have valid Police Checks and are thoroughly reference checked. They wear the YNA uniform and an ID badge.
Our Learning Management System enables all our staff to maintain their competencies and participate in continuing professional development.
Our Fees
The fee structure will vary according to the level of your Home Care Package and the amount the Australian Government will subsidise.
YNA also provides services under a private fee arrangement.
