Aged Care Made Easy started in 2019 after the 3 of us each watched our elderly parents struggle with the whole Aged Care System. Locating the right providers in their area was seeming to be an impossible task for them.
We had been collectively working with hundreds of Medical Centres around Australia for over 15 years, and this gave us another insight that the Medical Centres were also struggling with information to give their elderly patients. We then set about to make changes to the Aged Care Industry by offering an easier way for the elderly to find local providers that service their area.
To date we have provided over 250,000 Aged Care Booklets that the nurses and doctors hand out for free to their elderly patients. Our booklets are a simplified and easy to understand guide, to assist them in accessing the help they need as they struggle to do some of the things they used to do.
After receiving lots of calls from the elderly we discovered that a helpline was also needed.
The elderly love to be able to talk to real people that are going to really listen and understand them. They want to be heard and discuss how frustrated they are, and they want help, real help. So this is what we do, talk them through the whole system and find them local providers that we know care and will help them on their journey.
We are here for one reason, and that is to help the elderly in every step of the way to navigate the digital Aged Care System and provide them with whatever assistance they need.
