Mildred Symons House is located in Sutherland Shire suburb of Jannali, close to parks and waterways. A well-established home, Mildred Symons House originally opened in 1978 but has since been completely rebuilt and is now home to a friendly community of 127 residents. Situated within a peaceful residential area, it is close to shops, cafes and transport.
Constructed over three levels, person-centred care is at the forefront of this home’s design with private en suite bathrooms, care within dedicated groups, dementia-friendly spaces and respite and palliative care. Each of the floors incorporates open-plan spaces and the courtyards contain chickens, rabbits and birds for the residents to enjoy.
Mildred Symons House has a dedicated lifestyle team to provide regular activities for residents. This team also facilitates our Rhythm of Life® program, giving residents a choice in how they spend their day from meals to activities, outings and more.
