Newmarch House is located in the Nepean residential suburb of Kingswood, adjacent to Anglicare’s Caddens retirement living village. Since opening in 2012, the site has been welcomed in the community and is home to 102 residents. The innovative building design means residents have access to a range of recreational, social and health services within areas which encourages a neighbourhood feel.
Person-centred care is at the forefront of this home’s design with private en suite bathrooms, care within dedicated groups, dementia-friendly spaces and respite and palliative care. The wide hallways, natural light and access to the outdoor terraces provide a relaxed atmosphere.
Newmarch House has a dedicated lifestyle team to provide regular activities for residents. This team also facilitates our Rhythm of Life® program, giving residents a choice in how they spend their day from meals to activities, outings and more.
