We offer a beautiful art studio, relaxing lounges overlooking the water, and a hairdressing salon to help our residents look their best.
Our breath-taking location means residents have plenty of opportunities to enjoy picturesque canal views. Many residents frequently use the open-air terrace to watch the sailing boats or feel the gentle sea breeze on their skin.
The dining room features full-height windows that allow natural light to stream in, creating a relaxing environment to enjoy home-cooked meals. Our onsite Chef takes pride in cooking nutritious food that tastes great and is prepared using only the freshest ingredients.
At TriCare Bayview Place, our residents can choose from various accommodation types for singles and couples with various budgets.
You are welcome to bring personal items to make your new home more comfortable and familiar, such as family photos, your favourite books, a few quilts and other sentimental possessions.

Our modernised single and companion accommodations are more traditional in style and décor.
These comfortable rooms come with large windows allowing plenty of light and fresh air, air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round, lounge chairs, wall-mounted TV and a tray table. Enjoy space for mobility devices and plenty of storage for personal belongings.
Superior
Our single superior suites are spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow for fresh air and plenty of natural light. Many offer balconies and beautiful water or garden views.
These rooms include a private ensuite, automated king single bed, individually controlled heating and cooling, smart TV, wardrobe, armchair, space for personal belongings, and a mini-fridge. Enjoy space for a comfortable sitting area and storage of mobility devices.
Our Lifestyle Coordinators help you to socialise, exercise and have fun. Residents enjoy a wide range of multicultural activities, therapies, gentle movements, concerts, quizzes, intergenerational activities, board games and one-to-one time. Our team also organise church services, local community outreach, and international days to promote inclusion. Residents can discuss their experiences living and travelling abroad, followed by movies or documentaries about the region. The activities can include:

The Bayview Aged Care Residence team organises regular activities where residents visit different countries virtually. Residents from the highlighted country discuss their experiences, themed movies or documentaries are shown, and the onsite chefs prepare food from that region.
Some of the care team are also multilingual and engage with any residents who choose to converse in another language.
We offer premium dining options and lounge access as part of our extra services, including additional meal options, alcoholic drinks, newspapers, magazines, and laundry.
