We offer a range of options for singles and couples, including accommodation with a separate living area, a built-in kitchenette with pantry and fridge/ freezer, desk and a generous wardrobe. We also provide a hairdressing salon so that our residents can look and feel their best.
At TriCare Kawana Waters, our residents can choose from various accommodation types and budgets. Choose from classic, superior or premium single rooms, some with garden and water views.
You are welcome to bring personal items to make your new home more comfortable and familiar, such as family photos, your favourite books, a few quilts and other sentimental possessions.
All rooms are fitted with an emergency call bell for your safety and convenience.
Classic
Our classic accommodations are more traditional in style. You can choose from different layouts and sizes up to 14m2 approximately, including ensuite.
Each room features large windows or doors opening to the gardens, an armchair, a wardrobe, individually controlled heating and cooling, and storage for personal belongings. Bathrooms may be ensuite or shared, depending on your choice.
Superior
Superior accommodations are often more spacious and offer everything you need to feel comfortably at home.
Superior single rooms include ensuite, patio doors opening to the outdoor area, carpeted flooring, mini-fridge, smart TV, electric recliner chair, wardrobe and air-conditioning to keep you feeling cosy year-round.
Some apartments boost 33m2 approximately and have a separate lounge with a kitchenette, walk-in robe and king single beds.
Premium
Our Premium Studio Apartments boast approximately 29m2 of contemporary style and décor. These rooms are light and airy, displaying floor to ceiling windows, many with water and garden views.
Our studio-style premium rooms include a kitchenette with pantry, mini-fridge and stone benchtop, and beautiful private ensuite with a walk-in shower, and a modern vanity unit and tapware.
Enjoy quality furnishings, including your own architecturally designed bedhead, king single bed, electronic ceilings hoist, premium care system, as well as ample storage, free wi-fi, desk, a large wall-mounted smart TV, telephone connection and an electric recliner.

We offer a premium dining room and lounge access, including extra meal, drink, and laundry options as part of our extra services.
- A la carte menu provides care recipients with a choice of meal options from a limited selection (residents with special dietary needs or specific meal preferences may request alternative meals provided they are asked for in advance)
- Care Recipient’s choice of alcoholic beverages (from offered selection) is provided with the main meal of the day
- Quality cutlery and crockery for meal service
- A continuous improvement cycle for care recipient choice and feedback via regular meetings and Quality Assurance Questionnaire program (QAQ) to assist with communicating feedback to Food Services for menu options
