Our brand-new three-storey wing offers luxury studio apartments with an ensuite, sitting area and kitchenette, including a pantry and mini-fridge. Each room has individual air conditioning to keep residents comfortable throughout the seasons.
The rooftop garden and lounge boast breathtaking 180-degree lake views, making it a favourite place for residents and families alike.
Its proximity to the Mount Gravatt Retirement Community means our residence is a suitable choice for couples needing different levels of care.
The large light-filled dining room is a lively place at mealtimes, while the rooftop garden and lounge is perfect for catching up with family and friends. A private dining room is available for special family functions.
The adjoining lake and nature reserve make TriCare Upper Mount Gravatt a popular option for seniors who enjoy spending time outdoors. You’re likely to spot lizards and birds on a leisurely stroll.
At TriCare Upper Mount Gravatt, we can support up to 80 seniors, surrounded by a secure and friendly community.
You are welcome to bring personal items to make your new home more comfortable and familiar, such as family photos, your favourite books, a few quilts and other sentimental possessions.
All rooms are fitted with an emergency call bell for peace of mind.
Superior
Our Superior single accommodations have been tastefully modernised and feature contemporary furnishings, beautiful ensuites and space for a comfortable sitting area.
These spacious 25m2 carpeted rooms offer floor to ceiling windows, individually controlled heating and cooling, armchairs and smart TV.
Premium
Our Premium Studio Apartments were built in 2020 and boast 35m2 of contemporary style and décor. These rooms are light and airy, displaying floor to ceiling windows, many with lake and garden views.
Our studio-style premium rooms include a kitchenette with pantry, mini-fridge and stone benchtop, and beautiful private ensuite with a walk-in shower, and a modern vanity unit and tapware.
Enjoy quality furnishings, including your own architecturally designed bedhead, king single bed, electronic ceilings hoist, premium care system, as well as ample storage, free wi-fi, desk, a large wall-mounted smart TV and an electric recliner.
With a total of 80 beds, room sizes include:
Old build – Single room with ensuite             5.4m x 4.8m = 25m2 approximately
New build – Single room with ensuite            7.8m x 4m = 31m2 approximately
Our Lifestyle Coordinators organise various activities and outings ranging from art and craft activities and garden therapy to music and exercise therapy. There are plenty of opportunities to go on day trips or outings to local clubs. The activities can include:

- Consultative approach to menus with regular care recipient meetings
- Breakfast: Continental plus option of hot dish such as bacon, eggs or omelette and choice of hot and cold beverages
- Morning tea: Variety of cakes, slices and pastries and a beverage selection
- Lunch: Choice of 2 hot meals, salad or sandwiches and dessert. A selection of red or white wines and beer
- Afternoon tea: Variety of sweet and dry biscuits and choice of hot or cold beverages
- Dinner: Soup, choice of 2 hot meals, salad or sandwiches and dessert. Selection of red or white wines and beer
- Supper: Variety of sweet and dry biscuits and choice of hot or cold beverages
- A generous basket of fruit is kept in each dining room for the care recipients to take extra fruit back to their room as desired.
- Internal valet laundry service (laundry washed and returned to room)
- Hairdresser – $100 per month credit to be placed towards hairdressing (any unused credit cannot be rolled over)
- Weekly activity such as BBQ, wine and cheese or pizza on the sundeck/club lounge
- Weekly outings to various localities for entertainment and shopping (transport only)
- Coffee and tea facilities in communal areas
- Twice monthly coffee shop with homemade cakes, slices, and coffees
- Complimentary use of the private dining room with a complimentary 3-course lunch, including wine and beer, for eight people available each quarter (subject to availability)
