If you wish to take up your package with Shepparton Villages we will work with you to develop your care plan and what services you require to support your plan. Once you are happy with your plan we will coordinate the services for you and manage your package for you.
Ongoing contact is made through phone calls and home visits. We want to help keep you safe and remain at home happy and well.
