The spectacular Queen’s Park Botanic Gardens are less than a five-minute drive, with the Range Shopping Centre is only 2.5 kilometres down the road. St Vincent’s Private and Toowoomba Base Hospitals are also nearby for complete peace of mind.

You are welcome to bring personal items to make your new home more comfortable and familiar, such as family photos, your favourite books, a few quilts and other sentimental possessions.
All rooms are fitted with an emergency call bell for your safety and comfort.
Classic
TriCare Toowoomba offers Classic accommodations for singles and couples. You can choose from various layouts and sizes varying from 15m2 to 35m2.
The rooms feature individual climate controlled air conditioning, large windows for plenty of natural light and fresh air, TV and storage for personal belongings. Bathrooms may be private ensuites or shared, depending on your choice.
Our single rooms in the secure area provide additional security for at-risk residents with special needs or dementia. This area has secured access to a private garden and has been designed to allow residents to move freely without restriction.
With a total of 73 beds, including 16 Dementia beds, sizes include:
Standard room without ensuite                      4.5m x 3.4m = 15m2 approximately
Standard room with ensuite                            5.4m x 5.4m = 29m2 approximately
Companion room with ensuite                        5.5m x 6.4m = 35m2 approximately
 
 
Our Lifestyle Coordinators organise various activities and outings ranging from garden therapy, arts and craft therapy, interactive pet therapy, and exercise therapy. There are plenty of opportunities to go on day trips or outings to local clubs or concerts. We also have a residents’ library with a vast selection of books. The activities can include:

The Toowoomba Aged Care Residence team organise regular activities where residents virtually visit different countries. Residents from the highlighted country discuss their experiences, themed movies or documentaries are shown, and the onsite chefs prepare food from that region.
